Received a cheap dollar-store-quality pair of earrings that did not match the ad. The design of the item received was also not the same, apart from the low quality. Surprised on this outcome, the seller seemed credible. Beware, pictures in ads are not the pictures of what is shipped…

I'm very sorry to hear that product did not match your expectations. These earrings were made out of Baltic amber, so not really sure how this could be qualify as "cheap dollar-store-quality". Customer requested refund. The funds were given back even though earrings were not returned.
