A good little tool
his is a great little Handy tool t have I just wanted a all in one wire stripper but with me having severe problems in both hands it is a little bit stiff to use but perhaps it will ease through use hopefully so otherwise I will just have go back to using the automatic I used before

More suited to light to medium duty
Great idea for stripper/cutters but a couple drawbacks: 1: the stripper can only fit wires a few mm at max (not really any problem just something to consider) 2: if the wire is fine-multiwire (ie in a USB wire) the strippers will 9/10 times pull and snap more than half of the wire fibres, meaning you'll have to manually strip them 2.1: leaves the stripper usefulness only good for single core small diameter wires. 3: when stripping small lengths of wire (ie for breadboard "jumper") the insulation is left rather beat up; it basically grabs the wire in two places and pulls them apart, so the end is always left a little mangled. Again not always an issue but something I noticed. 4: due to the spring mechanism in the handle, the clippers are actually a little awkward to wield, especially on ... You get used to it but coupled with the weird handle shape it gets a little tiresome and I find myself reaching for the old clippers in preference. Tldr: not AMAZING but they'll do the job well enough. Good for quickly chopping up a lot of work quickly, but if it's for careful or infrequent use, they won't make your life much easier than doing it manually. Again, not being completely negative about them, they do the job just fine!

Good for a small work space
I used these for stripping wires/ flush cutting for a model kit. I do not have a lot of room in my modeling area so these are ideal space savers! They do the job and so far have been reliable. The only down side is that as they can cut on both sides you have a cutting edge directed towards you capable of giving you a nasty nip.

Handy Dandy wire strippers/snippers
I love these two in one stripper/snipper. I do a lot of hobby electronics, in particular, prototypes builds and these save so much time. Because you can snip a wire to length the turn the tool a strip the end so quick and easy your wonder how you ever got by without them. And its one less tool on the bench. Stripping is easy they grip the wire then strip the end in one go and the snippers are excellent for pcb work as you can snip as close to the board as you like. In fact you can snip so close as to make the component fall out if you wished. I know I've done it. So basically a good tool, well made, long lasting, never let me down yet and fits nice in your hand. Well worth trying out. See for yourself.I love these two in one stripper/snipper. I have used many kinds of cutters and cable strippers over the years, However, although the cutters work well the cable stripper had a problem after a couple of goes of stripping cable it started to slip and faile so I now have a good pair of cutters.
