The product it self is excellent.The primary installation, could be better. The actual setting up and running of the system is extremely difficult to understand.The main problem seems to be the installation video.I followed the instructions and downloaded the mobile apps,and tried to follow the instructions . Every time I tried something I kept getting a message saying Users account does not exist. Contacting Swann customer services was a waste of time.

Whilst there was a delay in dispatch and some radio silence then some initial misinformation, the PC arrived in 7 days of order, well packed and fully functional. The condition of the item was good and everything was included as described (the USB 2 WiFi dongle, a boxed copy of Windows 7 and the power lead/brick etc. Whilst a little dusty, everything was in very reasonable condition for its age and works well. With just a little more service focus this would have been a good customer experience.
