I had originally ordered 2 hats of different sizes & colours. I then cancelled 1 hat & was refunded. I then received 2 emails advising 2 hats had been delivered on the same day. However, only 1 hat arrived. I queried the seller who advised correct size & colour hat had been delivered. No explanation as to why 2 emails were sent advising 2 hats had been delivered.

This is definitely poor management and service. This was a birthday gift for my nephew in Sydney. And I left to Sydney on the 05th of June. If I was notified by email that the delivery arrived, I could have taken the package with me. My 12 year old nephew had to wait til I returned back to Melbourne, collect the package from the mailbox, and wait another 2 days to receive it.
