I went neutral because shipping was at a good price and there are some quality pieces. I would have hoped for better with the cost of the lot. The box was destroyed but that's usps. The seller had everything folded neatly and threw some dryer sheets in the package. I would recommend this seller but I be prepared for a few items to not be in condition to sell as new or pre owned excel.
