    Not initially delivered on time or eventually at all. When initially challenged why not received, seller assured item would be sent out the following day. When still not received, seller declined twice to reply when asked for tracking details that would have indicated whether or not product had actually been dispatched the day seller specified. Product never received & ebay refunded purchase. Seller didn't have courage nor courtesy to cancel if they never intended to supply in the first place.

    Terrible service. Agreed a sale and tracked 24 hour postage option with the seller offline, waited 3 weeks with no dispatch. Requested a refund, the seller then sent an incomplete order out a day later after acknowledging my refund request in an attempt to force partial completion of the sale. Tried to blame the postal service for his errors and lied about dispatch dates despite using a tracked service! Needless to say not a seller I'll be using in future.
