I have used this product before. I got very unwell and got further unwell after antibiotics - developed bad bout of candida where yeasts seemed to migrate. It was one of the ingredients that gave a big boost to my gut flora. And helped me on my way to a good recovery. I have a lot more energy now. I understood from a health food store that it was safe to take for extended periods of time. I’ve been using it for 2.5 months and will soon drop dosage from 2 down to 1 capsuleI have used this product before. My life saver
After having life saving surgery for diverticulitis perforation I was on almost constant antibiotics to try and control the infection. This has lead to a permanent deficiency in the gut of the good bacteria. These capsules work on me when all other treatments fail. I keep them in my medicine cupboard for when I have a flair up of bowel problems . My life savers.
