Exceptional service from ordering to delivery: arrived the day after ordering, with lots of notifications to keep me advised/informed. The backpack is great in terms of all the pockets, and hopefully great for my needs as hand luggage ... however it is much heavier than I realised and I'm hoping I'll be ok when it is loaded with my travel stuff, including laptop, Kindle, purses, etc.
