I don’t recommend these guys. Loads of bits missing. Stupid photos of instructions and videos. You can tell which bit to use. I rang several times for help and left messages. Seller didn’t get back to me. I have an incorrectly assembled bar as a result. Nothing like the pics shown.

We really sorry to heard that ,you brought flat pack delivery , we didnt receive request for panels delivery or set up on the garden option. each part of the bar are labeled , where is clearly showed what and where part should to be. with our photo video instruction you can see in real how we do it step be step and nothing simpler than this. we are always open to help but we didnt receive any phone calls or msg
