      Love them

Synced immediately with my Panasonic ptae 8000u projector. The image is astounding. We have seen 3D movies in the theater but never enjoyed it this much. The active glasses make a big difference, especially on a 100 inch screen with a THX sound system. Big fan of 3D now,so is my wife

    • Most critical review

      Won't last forever

These are good when they work. Unfortunately, they have rechargeable LiFe or LiPo batteries that will balloon and cease working when left unused for so long, including the bulk ones you see on this site that have been sitting in a warehouse for who-knows-how-long. Even if they were maintained and still keep a charge, these batteries will still need to be replaced at some point. While it it _is_ possible to replace the battery, there are a number of caveats. First, these glasses were not designed to be disassembled. There are 6 screws, but the plastic is mostly held together with clips and glue, with the two central corners at the nose having clips that are glued (these are the worst to separate). On top of that, you have to be very mindful not to pull too hard when separating those two ...

    • They're not so bad for the price

These are Sony's they're not as good as the ones as that came with my SONY 3D TV there's a on and off slide switch you have to activate before you put in the power cord , slide this to the on button and then you have to turn Slide the switch to the on position before you charge the directions are not visual they don't show you where the top of the nose of the Bridge is where you need to "plug it in to charge" it and then make sure you slide the on button to have it charged I know Sony is not thinking of the future of these 3D glasses ..... In Enclosing Sony needs to make a better 3D glasses.

    • Buyer beware.

I've bought three pair of these, None of them charge anymore. The battery goes bad after a couple of years. My advice would be to buy glasses with replaceable batteries, since the rechargeable ones die, and won't recharge after a couple of years.

    • Have New sony 4k and if Not using a HDMI input, glasses will Not connect. Wish i would have known that prior. (So, cannot stream in3D

Glasses must be used while TV is in HDMI mode, that means you cannot stream, or use the TV in 3-D mode if you are not using an HDMI input for the glasses to connect
