    Great Product

    With Thyroid issues my hair suffers. This product is amazing. Within a few weeks I can feel and see an improvement in my hair. (nails too!) Within a month there is new hair growth. I tried a cheaper product and threw it away. This is the only one I will take from now on. Well worth the money if you are struggling with breaking nails and thin hair, AND it's affordable!

    This really works on peeling nails!

    For the last two years due to stress from losing a parent and dealing with the aftermath, my nails have been peeling back horribly. Nothing I tried helped AT ALL. The doctor advised to eat more protein. I did - nothing. I used gentler nail polish remover without alcohol - nothing. I used nail treatments that were applied to the nail - nothing. Then I read about these biotin pills and figured what did I have to lose? I've been taking them faithfully for just over a month now, and amazingly my nails are finally peeling less and starting to grow again!! I am going to keep taking these for the next few months with hopes that ALL the peeling will be over and I'll get back my completely-healthy nails again.     Longer Stronger Hair and Nails

    Positive: It normally took seven years for my hair to grow below my shoulders. However, when I tried this product my hair is below my shoulders from a very short hair cut and a year is not up yet. Negative: The only drawback are the hair on face grows faster too. I have not found that my nails grow fast either.
