One of the absolute worst experiences I've had dealing with an eBay seller. Item said it was located in California, but it was actually shipped from New Jersey and arrived days later than the listing said it would. Ordered 4, only 1 arrived (package was damaged during shipping). After a bunch of confusing messages... They said they would send the remaining 3, then said they couldn't. Ended up having to contact ebay support and return the only 1 I actually did get to receive a full refund. Sigh.
