I found B2 Fitness very pleasant to deal with and they replied to my messages promptly and politely. The exercise mat is as described , good quality a little on the heavy side but does not move at all during exercise or curl up at the ends like cheaper mats. I would recommend this seller.

The mistake was caught 1 day later and they had already had it out for shipment, and the company did everything they could to help with the error. With many communications, UPS ended up returning the boxing mitts back to the company, and they immediately sent them out to the correct address without even asking for additional shipping costs. When the mitts arrived I found them to be great quality at a good price. Thank you!
