    Getting your bowels back to normal is worth every penny!

    I am using it because i have a condition called diverticulosis which causes stomach upsets, pain and an extreme form of IBS. Just one teaspoonful in water a day helps to calm down and correct the symptons. This can be the difference between going out or staying in due to uncrontrolable bowel problems. Yesterday i went shopping without any problems or the usual anxieties i experience.

    Excellent for clearing the bowels

    Psyllium husks are known as an 'intestinal broom' and are excellent when used for a few days because the results are not immediate. Anyone who suffers from constipation should try a couple of spoons of this product in fruit juice or squash, followed by a full glass of water, but you will be amazed. Lepicol without the digestive enzymes is just as good if this is too expensive for you.
