Upon communication the seller blamed me, was combative and said I could get a refund through the post office. Not a recommended seller. The pack was protected in hard paper-stock. Buyer sent me a photo where the envelope was hastily ripped from the middle and, in all likelihood, damaged the pack himself. Also, the buyer conveniently excluded the the hard paper-stock from the photo. As a responsible eBayer, I agreed to a full refund if he returned the pack, but he told another fib and declined to do so.
