    I found out that I have a long relationship with this seller :), roughly 8 years ago I purchased a refurbished Aeron from this seller. Chair has been fantastic and with every day use, I needed replacements - they provided information, and links to videos before I got my parts. Once I got my parts, due to the information I was able to replace the cylinder within an hour (I also bought new arm pads from this seller separately (by total accident) and fitted those too!!
