I did not receive the product that I ordered - a cheaper one, I think? I contacted the seller who replied saying that this was a "rare happening" They asked me to send an image, which I did - "They claimed in a return email, that there was no picture attached. I emailed back saying that the 'tell tale paper clip' at the top clearly indicated that I had sent the attachment requested. I GOT NO REPLY. After a few days I claimed my money back through ebay. I was considerably INCONVENIENCED.
