1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Buyer” means the person, firm, company or public corporation by whom or on whose behalf the order is given.

1.2 “Conditions” means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller.

1.3 “Delivery date” means the date specified by the Seller when the Goods are to be delivered.

Delivery

Once your goods have been ordered, we will endeavor to dispatch the goods within 2 working days. Kaluza44 is not responsible for delays that occur through the Post Office/Royal Mail or any other related shipping services that are used. It is possible that over periods such as Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday’s that delays will happen with such companies.

If there are any delays due to circumstances such as severe weather conditions or illness, we will contact you to inform of any delay. If any circumstances force Kaluza44 to cancel your delivery and/or order of goods, we will also inform you.

Order lost in transit

Everything we send is via 'signed for' delivery. This is to help protect both the buyer and the seller. Following Royal Mail Terms, an order cannot be deemed lost until 10 working days after the expected delivery date.

We cannot offer a refund until these time period has passed.

Signed for delivery combined with our packages/envelopes having a return address on them, makes it unlikely for them to be be completely lost without trace.

Returns

Returns accepted any time up until 14 days after you have received the goods.

Items must be returned in the same condition as it was received, not altered in any way.

The buyer is responsible for all the postage costs and the buyer is completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition received.

Refunds will be issued back via the same payment method that the buyer used, unless agreed otherwise with the buyer.

Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item.
