Unfortunately only half the order arrived. I can believe that there may have been a mix up with labels, but the seller did not respond to my 2nd message showing what exactly had arrived. Refund initially refused because tracking showed delivery, but it also showed e receiving a grey packet and not a box. Refund issued by eBay on appeal. Mistakes happen, but had it been dealt with by the seller, rather than eBay, I would be writing a different, positive review

Item advertised with free postage. I had to pay underpaid postage fee to Royal mail. Seller ignored messages requesting a postage refund. Case raised with eBay. Refunded under eBay guarantee (seller failed to respond) having read the other negative feedback. This has been reported before. Note of caution and I will not be using this seller again.
