Shoes listed were not in stock, they made me wait over a week then offered two replacement options, never offered a refund, chose one of options and was offered a “gift” aswell as express postage to make up for the inconvenience, it arrived quickly via express post but the box was absolutely destroyed and the gift was a 10% code to a business I won’t shop at again.
I bought the actual shoes I originally paid for from another seller and they came express posted, faster and with free socks
