The toothbrush arrived arrived at the end of the deliver window. It took 10 days from date of purchase (Eugene, OR to Phila., PA suburb). I wish that the merchant had offered faster shipping. The price saving would have justified that additional expense. It was new in original packaging as advertised. The cost saving over retail and Amazon Prime was quite significant.
