The item arrived promptly but when I opened the box it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be and it was very light weight so the truth is I wasn't holding out much hope re. its performance, but I was so surprised by the amount of heat it gives out and how guickly it heats up the room. I would definitely purchase a second one. Just goes to show size isn't everything.

Great little heater. Unfortunately it arrived damaged, probably Evri's fault. Seller responded quickly and offered money off or return, very fair. Decided to keep it as it is functional, just bent out of shape like someone didn't handle the box with sufficient care.
