As described, new. Packaging had been ripped open on one corner and taped up carelessly- taping directly onto the raincoat and leaving sticky residue on it but as it looked otherwise we’ll packaged I’m guessing that happened in transit, no fault of seller but leaving the feedback in case they want to use a different delivery option.
