I explained to this person that I noticed the camera has a missing part as I was packing it, which lets the light entirely in when used so I canceled it because it wasn't worth the money he paid in this state. I thought I was being fair. He was going to receive a broken item, bear in mind he's based abroad and we're in the middle of a lockdown. He would have probably returned it back. I wanted to save us the hassle. I'm not sure why I got a rude feedback.
