    Who said Raquel Welch cannot act?

    She was great in this movie. This was the only movie I ever saw about the roller derby. James Caan starred in a similar movie called "Rollerball", but it was a fantasy. Some of the players for the real roller derby were beat up like Raquel, but none possessed her looks.

    A Bomber to Love

    Blast from the Past, I remember watching Roller Derby when I was young on TV. The ladies were always the best part. Always loved this movie.

    Not the greatest movie

    I mainly bought the movie because I had met some of the skaters in it. I met and was lucky enough to spend some time with Duck Lane who is in the movie. The movie plot was just so so. There were some fun action scenes in it though.
