The seller wouldnt do a partial refund. They then told me I was trying to extort them by seeking a partial refund. However when I opened the fire it is not what was sold. You can see from the pictures it is not borderless as advertised, my media wall installer said it is not the fire in the listing. He says the borders need to be covered but the vent is above the top border meaning it can't be covered. He told me to cover the vent. The manual says the vent should not be covered. He is threatening me with a barrister after I saight advice from citizens advice. The item in the images is not the item I received. The sizes are also different.
