Disappointed with communication, reached out after purchase re- delivery and given no help or advice to the point item was delivered 2 weeks before estimated delivery when I wasn’t in the country, there for was left outside £750 item left outside, could have all been prevented if they had just communicated

Delivery arrived as expected but item was left outside without a signature. The instructions were forwarded to my email upon request so that the carpenter could start to build the media wall with the measurement requirements but it was forwarded in an open manner where all other recipients could see my personal email as I could theirs. No appology was given even when I brought this up. Apart from that, the product is as described and when turned on, is fun and interesting to look at.

Looks so cheap and nasty, not a quality item as advertised. Didn't arrive on time by a mile was left wondering where it was for 2 weeks longer than estimated delivery. Seller was not very helpful trying to find out why it hadn't been delivered yet.
