Item left next to a skip not delivered to door. Once the fire had been installed we noticed the remote had arrived damaged which the seller has accused me of biting the remote, I know the cost of food has risen but I’m not that desperate!
Contacted the seller who is very rude and unhelpful. They have advised to send the full fire back which they know is not possible as the fire is already installed. Offered replacement at my own unreasonable expense.

This item was delivered brand new, it was signed for an installed by the customer. The remote was bitten by her dog and over a month later the customer states the remote is faulty. This is clearly not on and our returns policy hasn't been followed. She had been abusing our staff everyday and we will not be taking abuse from anyone. She has been reported to ebay.
