Through no fault of the seller, this package was sent all over the place trying to find my address. It took three weeks
to find my address. The package looked like it had been run over, but we were able to restore its shape to some
degree. The USPS did a terrible job directing this package to the proper address. It at one point was in Charlotte, NC which is only a few miles from this address and then sent to GA and then to Charleston, SC. Amazing that we finally got it.

The seller gave me the wrong information on cleaning my visor cap. This resulted in the staining of my white visor cap.
To make up for this, the seller offered me a new hat at a heavily discounted price. I could not decide and contacted the seller again the next day. Having to go through the whole story again, with another employee. Finally I got the previous reduced price.
