2) Returns will not be accepted if the part has been used, or damaged whilst being fitted to an appliance.

We do not impose a handling charge for returned items. Refunds are given in full, but you will have to pay the cost of the return postage.

    Good item if used as intended

    This item is a good product when used as intended. They are not heavy duty and will snap if worked on hard surfaces but will cut grass and thicker weeds if strimming path edges or around fences care needs to be taken so as not to snap the line.
