Although delivery was very late, correspondence not forthcoming and it needing reviving, it HAS revived. This is an indication of the quality and maturity of the plant, which is my first concern. Don't send plants on a Saturday by 2nd class Royal mail! They sit in sorting offices.

Overall good service as to this specific plant, but would have have appreciated plant labels as I ordered 2 Potentillas of different varieties so uncertain which is which prior to planting and flowering. Despatch could have been quicker but arrived between estimates of delivery times so OK.
