    Seller was not rude and the item was eventually refunded so neg feedback seems unfair. However the item was badly packaged with no padding so the item arrived broken. I notified the seller immediately but after asking me if I could glue it! It then took needless emails back & forth to eventually get a QR code to return. Pointless as photos I sent showed it was broken. I wasted my time, repackaging, driving to 2 different Evris as first was unavailable - should have been refunded without hassle
