Mia-sold this item. This is not a Serozzetta own product. It is a group product of Serozzetta called Carlisle. The handle is similar to the one I wanted but not the same. The seller did not make this clear in their images nor title of the product by calling it Serozzetta not the actual Carlisle product that was delivered. The difference is only mentioned in the detail small print. Due to the hassle of returns and probably losing out on the £10 fee for delivery i have decided to keep this item.

firstly as explained to the customer Serozzetta is a style of handle sold by the Carlisle company, next there is no small print but plainly an advert uploaded for all to see and finally any refund would have been complete and to include P&P. Please read our other reviews to understand that this customer is wrong in his review. this advert is still live for all to view
