I find the size is adequate, I can fit 6.5 inche mobile phone easily, mens wallet(13x10cm), smallest compartment is at the front where I put the keys. It has 4 compartments.Would prefer if the belt is bit longer, if your waist line is more than 120cm this is not for you.The belt is strong but the way its stitched onto the bag you may not want to take it out for jogging. for normal use its a nice bag, zips feel sturdy.
