Item just as described. Delivered on time. But the product was slightly bent when it arrived and the packaging was insufficient to keep it safe. Luckily I was able to bend it back ok. The product is a very thin, rigid mousemat. It would be ruined if it was bent too much or creased during delivery. It was only packed in thin cardboard packaging and bubblewrap - it needed thick card or a box to stop it getting damaged.
