    It is not a long lasting patch but three or four hours of gentle focused heat is sometimes all I need to take the stiffness away and no mess.

    I suffer from tendinitis and although this is by no means a cure for such a thing, it allows me to peel and stick right onto the knee joint or elbow joint and get a bit of heat exactly where I want it. It is not a long lasting patch but three or four hours of gentle focused heat is sometimes all I need to take the stiffness away and no mess. I also put it on at night whilst I sleep and I have had no adverse rash or reaction, so I suppose it depends from person to person on this and I suggest if you want to try it, get one box first. I tested the small patch but I prefer the large one. All in all I have repeated this purchase three times and will continue until I find something better I'm sure.

    GREAT LITTLE PATCH!

    This patch may be small, but they truly work...I usually put the patches on at night , then cover up w a blanket and sleep...I wake up w a whole lot less discomfort...if you need more patches to put on your body, dont be afraid...I usually have on around 8 to 12 patches...wherever you're sore, put that patch on...I usually buy the big patches, 78 regular patches and not the cool...my order of 10 boxes ordered in the pic.....
