  • Australians in Bomber Command WWII - a brilliant piece of history

If you are interested in a bit of history, in particular Australians who fought in WWII attached to Bomber Command in England, this IS the book to read! Hank Nelson has done a fantastic job of getting the the men that actually served there on paper with their personal experiences of aerial combat. Over 4000 Australians died in Bomber Command and this book should be part of Australian History. Well written, easy to read and most importantly, factual. At times gut retching when you read what these men went through...they are true heroes. Indeed a great book
