    Seller failed to ship my item until I'd reported to eBay that it hadn't arrived by the end of the expected delivery 'window'. They also failed to respond to either of the messages I sent asking for information as to its whereabouts and when I might expect it. Apparently, the Item WAS eventually dispatched but was not sent to my address. Instead, it was sent and delivered, apparently, to an address over a hundred miles away in Sarasota. No item. No apology. No communication. Please do better.
