Purchased as a set as per advertisement but when package arrived only one item, on contacting the seller blamed the description on their supplier and told me there wasn’t enough margin in their business model to supply as per advertisement and went on to offer me discounts but not the additional bag to make up the set, will not be using the seller again.

We have tried our level best with rectifying clients concerns, not only have we offered her a full refund which she refused, but also gave the client the opportunity to keep the product and we would refund her at her preferred price. I am not sure what more we could have offered. We intend to always prioritize our customers and will continue to do so.
