      Produits reçu dans les temps, mais défaillant. Le sachet était bien scellé, mais la prise de la batterie était abîmée donc plus probablement que la faute revienne au fabricant qu'au revendeur par contre après 5 jours aucune nouvelle du revendeur pour trouver un arrangement.

      En effet, j'étais en déplacement et c'était notifié via une réponse automatique. Dès mon retour, j'ai tenté de contacter le client,. Malgré 2 messages envoyés, je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. Ce n'est pas le style de la boutique de ne pas résoudre les problèmes quels qu'ils soient, un arrangement est toujours possible si le client daigne vouloir répondre.
