    - Steer clear! Earrings were not very well packaged and took 10 days to receive. Based on weight, hard to justify cost of shipping. - Item was NOT as listed however, seller did say return them, then blocked all communication as if I did something wrong. Too afraid I would not get credited. - Very Poor value and experience overall due to condition. Never did they apologize just two words, “return them” before blocking me. - eBay should not allow this.

    Absolutely NOT what happened at all......First of all, expensive jewelry items have to be insured when sent out, so the cost is not based on weight, but on the amount of insurance the USPS charges. Buyer did ask to return the item, which I very politely replied that they were more than welcome to return them through eBay returns, Buyer then decided to post negative feedback INSTEAD of returning the item.....buyer apparently wanted to KEEP the item AND receive a full refund!!
