Contacted by ebay messaging, phone, never returned messages. Item, a heavy brass/chrome plated Gaggia metal group head part, was packaged too thin, with no fragile markings whatsoever. As shown in picture, package arrived with a gaping hole, torn bubble wrap. The brass heat pipe ring hole, was visibly damaged/bent by package falling/smashing the ground. Apparently outside of the sellers control is the price charged by Ebay for shipping, which I think is sort of high given the size of the item, in spite of the distance, so I just couldn t give that 5 stars, but I needed the part, they had it, so the shipping was good enough to get the job done.
