Banknote was sent to a UK address in Uncirculated condition with photos to prove this, you then decided to have it shipped to the Ukraine, when it arrived, also after the returns policy had expired the note was not in same condition as sent , ( I don’t deal with overseas.)you then decided to contact me to raise this issue, I spoke to an agent from eBay who informed me that I needn’t contact you to arrange refunds etc as I had complied with all my business policies.
