This product from this seller (D&R Deals Ltd) sent me a European Philips BRI921/00, so it had a 2 pin plug. I am in the UK, the seller is based in the UK, yet there wasn't any note or description to say it was a 2 pin plug.
I have bought an adaptor and the device seems to work ok, I have tested it twice.
When I raised the above point with seller, they came back to me quickly and offered £10 refund.
