It took time for the phone to arrive but thats because we ordered it right before december which is chrismas season and the package is big and had problems with the courier. The seller is very responsive and went above and beyond for us to receive it sooner despite the size of the package. My husband is very happy with the new phone. It is very sleek and unique. the packaging is very beautiful as pictured. I would recommend this seller. They are legit.

I'm still astonished by the precision and professionality of the seller. I accidentally put a wrong address and he refunded me in the same day so that I could reorder with the correct address.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra 16Gb/1Tb came factory sealed, with global ROM and with proper EU plug adapter.
I paid for fast shipment therefore the package arrived in Italy within 6 days, however the shipment was a bit overpriced for a 390 gr good considering I paid 60EUR import taxes. It's a 100% good experience!
