Bluetooth didn't work, seller provided firmware updates but they didn't help. Things fail, it happens. Didn't want to take out of the car to return so requested a partial refund. I asked for £40 but seller told me £15 maximum which was insulting. Had to contact ebay and open a return to get a better offer (£30) If the seller had provided this without me having to open a return and talk to ebay I would have still left positive feedback but to do so now would be dishonest.
