I offered the buyer an option to return the vest 4 times, with return shipping on me, and he refused each time. He wanted to keep it. I accepted his offer which was over 20% less than the listing price and I paid for shipping. Pictures and description of the vest were clear and it stated that i wasn’t a new item. He threatened that if I didn’t send him money he would leave a bad review. My hands were tied as I had already given him a very good deal and he refused to return the item back to me.

    This program is everything I expected and then some. I have had only a short while, Extremely happy I could export all my data from and old Family Tree Maker on a microsoft XP system to my new windows 10. Over 1700 individuals.
