Brilliant communication when messaged that the product hadn’t arrived, clear explanation as to what had happened, sent the item in a timely manner once issue was rectified. The product itself was very well packaged and bigger (and by extension nicer) than the picture portrayed. It will be a great monument on the layout in honour of a family member.
