    Item was marked as shipped, but then never left Seller's possession. Seller did not respond to eBay messages. Finally, after I logged an "Item not Received:" complaint, the seller responded and shipped the item. Seller's communication was not forthright, tried to imply that the item has been shipped and lost in transit, and therefor needed to be "Re-Shipped", instead of just accepting culpability for the mistake. Unimpressive.
