    Reliable Remote

    Purchased to replace our original remote that had buttons not wanting to work. This is an exact match and works perfectly. We were unsure if we would be able to program it since the direct tv installer set up the first one, but programming took about two minutes. Plan to buy another to have on hand for when my husband wears out the buttons on this one!

    Just another CHINESE product designed for planned obsalence

    As all things this device is functional but has seems wear out after repeated use . I purchased a couple extras remotes (IF) the one I am now using develops problems . Hopefully I won't need them but in these trying times I have them . Who knows maybe on of my friends or neighbors will ned one !

    exact replacement

    Exact replacement. My old remote was wearing out and I could not longer use the guide button. Bought this remote and it worked well on the system. I then programmed my tv to the remote for volume etc. took a couple of tried to marry the tv to the remote but in the end it all worked fine.
